APPROVAL OF THE SKETCH:
Upon choosing your photo and the size of the portrait, a sketch is drawn, photographed and
set via email to you for approval. Any changes can be made at this time.
Once the sketch is approved,
the painting can begin.
The entire process takes approximately 2-4 weeks depending on the size of the portrait and also
on the number of other commissioned work I have accepted.
A complete price quote is provided to you upon
approval of the sketch. This quote will include shipping charges.
At this time an additional 40% is required
and includes shipping charges.
(you have now paid 50% of the total)
PROCESSING YOUR FEEDBACK:
I will communicate with you throughout the process via email by uploading
a photo of your painting for your review.
If you request changes, I will modify your portrait according to your
suggestions. You can then review and confirm the modifications online.
You will be informed by email when your
portrait is complete.
Upon your confirmation of the final product, you will be asked to pay the balance.
DELIVERY OF YOUR PAINTING:
I will only ship the painting to you when you are completely satisfied.
